Sausage Velveeta Dip

This dip is perfect for New Years or for that matter any get together!! It’s my absolute favorite dip EVER and only requires 3 ingredients! We’ll be staying in this New Years, but that doesn’t mean we’ll be without some good food!! Our tradition for ringing in the New Year has always been appetizers. This sausage Velveeta dip is always on the list! Pair it with your favorite chips and get to dipping!

1. Brown the sausage. I use a mild, but you can use whatever you like!

2. Cut up the Velveeta into cubes for easy melting
3. Put the Ro-tel, Velveeta and cooked sausage in the slow cooker
4. Cook on low for 2 hours stirring occasionally

Ingredients:
1 lb breakfast sausage
16 oz. cubed Velveeta Cheese
1 can of Ro-tel with tomatoes and green chilies (10 oz. undrained) I use the original
Directions:
1. Brown the sausage. I use a mild, but you can use whatever you like!
2. Cut up the Velveeta into cubes for easy melting
3. Put the Ro-tel, Velveeta and cooked sausage in the slow cooker
4. Cook on low for 2 hours stirring occasionally
5. Serve with your favorite chips! Make it nachos and add your favorite toppings like sour cream, guacamole, jalapenos, etc…
