With Easter around the corner I’ll be sharing some recipes that could be perfect additions for your family gatherings! Whether you’re having a get together or dropping food off! It’s always nice to have some home made food. This is a salad that my Grandmother used to serve at her Tea Room shop. It was the perfect stop for lunch with your girlfriends and to find a gift for someone special. I’m excited to share it as I’ve taken it to family gatherings!
1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water
2. Add sherbet and mix well
3. Add oranges; then fold in heavy whipped cream
4. Pour into an oiled 1 – 1 1/2 ring mold.
5. Chill
* I like to serve with Cool Whip!
Ingredients:
2 – 3 oz. packages of orange Jello
1 cup boiling water
1 pint orange sherbet
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Directions:
1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water
2. Add sherbet and mix well
3. Add oranges; then fold in heavy whipped cream
4. Pour into an oiled 1 – 1 1/2 ring mold.
5. Chill
* I like to serve with Cool Whip!
