Cookie Salad

Cookie salad anyone!? Who doesn’t want to have their cake and eat it too, right!? This salad makes the perfect side for the littles! It can be whipped up quickly and chilled just in time for dinner! The combination of fruit and cookies in one dish will have everyone asking for more! So lets dig in!

1. Sprinkle the dry pudding into the buttermilk and mix well
2. Add the Cool Whip and Oranges
3. You can layer the salad mix and the cookies or mix it all together like I did!
4. To finish it off put a whole cookie on top and chill!

Ingredients:
3 oz. Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 c. buttermilk
1 – 4 oz. Cool Whip
2 small cans of Mandarin Oranges (drained)
1/2 pkg. Fudge Stripes Cookies (broken – you can break them into whatever size you’d like. Sometimes I like having bigger chunks!)

Directions:
