Tis’ the Season for one of my favorite appetizers! A family member of mine, Jack has allowed me to share his decadent cheese ball recipes. So you’re not just getting one recipe this week, but two!! These cheese balls are made every year around the holidays and are a family favorite!
So with holiday gatherings upon us I’m here to bring you some appetizer options to share! Both of the recipes can be frozen for future use and each recipe makes two cheese balls. If you’re looking to make both I’ve added a picture at the bottom showing you exactly what you’ll need! Enjoy!
Pimento Cheese Ball
1. Soften the cream cheese by setting out or microwaving
2. Chop up the olives
3. Mix cream cheese, pimento cheese, and olives in a mixer
4. Refrigerate before adding the walnuts
5. Roll the cheese ball in the walnuts and wrap in plastic wrap
6. Refrigerate to set up the cheese ball
7. Serve with your favorite crackers or veggies!
Ingredients:
2 8 oz. blocks of cream cheese
2 jars of Kraft Pimento Cheese Spread
1 jar of salad olives (chopped)
Walnuts
Directions:
1. Soften the cream cheese by setting out or microwaving
2. Chop up the olives
3. Mix cream cheese, pimento cheese, and olives in a mixer
4. Refrigerate before adding the walnuts
5. Roll the cheese ball in the walnuts and wrap in plastic wrap
6. Refrigerate to set up the cheese ball
7. Serve with your favorite crackers or veggies!
* They can be frozen for future use!
Blue Cheese Black Olive Cheese Ball
1. Soften the cream cheese by setting out or microwaving
2. Chop up the black olives and walnuts
3. Mix cream cheese, Roka cheese, blue cheese and black olives in a mixer
4. Refrigerate before adding the walnuts
5. Roll the cheese ball in the walnuts and wrap in plastic wrap
6. Refrigerate to set up the cheese ball
7. Serve with your favorite crackers or veggies!
Enjoy!
Ingredients:

4 oz. of crumbled blue cheese
1 can of black olive slices
Walnuts
Directions:
1. Soften the cream cheese by setting out or microwaving
2. Chop up the black olives and walnuts
3. Mix cream cheese, Roka cheese, blue cheese and black olives in a mixer
4. Refrigerate before adding the walnuts
5. Roll the cheese ball in the walnuts and wrap in plastic wrap
6. Refrigerate to set up the cheese ball
7. Serve with your favorite crackers or veggies
* They can be frozen for future use!

Hi, Ash! I’ll share our family’s favorite!
2 8oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
8oz Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2T chopped pimento
2T chopped green pepper
2t chopped onion
1 t lemon juice
2 t worschestershire sauce
Dash cayenne
Dash salt
Blend everything together and refrigerate until cool. Shape into two balls and roll in chopped pecans. Serve with crackers! This is my mom’s recipe that she made every year for the holidays. Enjoy!
