Hi, Ash! I’ll share our family’s favorite! 2 8oz pkgs cream cheese, softened 8oz Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 2T chopped pimento 2T chopped green pepper 2t chopped onion 1 t lemon juice 2 t worschestershire sauce Dash cayenne Dash salt Blend everything together and refrigerate until cool. Shape into two balls and roll in chopped pecans. Serve with crackers! This is my mom’s recipe that she made every year for the holidays. Enjoy!
